| Manufacturers Sourcing and Identification | ||
|
There are more than 500 factories involving in the production of plant extracts in China with different dimension and distinct quality level. Different factory has its characteristics and contrasting superiority in different product(s) To gather the qualified factories and products resources China-wide together, HUATAI made hard efforts on screening and identification among 500 factories and finally chose 105 of them into its Supplier Source Database (SSD), in which all of them are approved to be qualified suppliers for certain product(s) or services through the following sourcing and identification procedures :

| Purchasing | ||
|
HUATAI has estabilished and maintained scientific and efficient purchasing procedures which ensure that services procedures and purchased goods are controlled to conform to the specified requirement. Because purchased goods and services directly affect the quality of HUATAI's products and services, according to the company's purchase plan, all our purchases are published only to the approprate suppliers in our Supplier Source Database (SSD) to ensure the best quality and the most competitive price. Efforts are specially made to establish a close working relationship and feedback system with suppliers to assure the highest value in terms of quality. |

| Inspection and Testing | ||
|
To ensure the quality products and services to our customers, we are in cooperation with three prestigious universities and research institutions and established the contracting-inspection agreement. All products and/or services provided by our suppliers are strictly verified or inspected by our contracting-inspection institutions nominated. The comparative analysis will be made between the manufacturer's COA and our contracting inspection institution's COA to verify conformance to our specified requirements. All the records and data will be maintained in our database in accordance with Record & Database Management. The records and data is the most important element and foundation of our sustaining update of our Supplier Source Database. |

Training supports the company's overall strategy to be a learning and continuously improving organization. Required training is provided and documented to assure competence of all employees. To ensure that all people have common basic skills and adequate training to be able to perform their designated tasks, each HUATAI's business identifies the training programs necessary to perform the work tasks, reviews training effectiveness and maintains training records of the learning acquired.Training courses that teach basic quality skills, concepts and terms are available for HUATAI people in all functions.These courses are incorporated into the individual development plans as appropriate. |
